Model is by Sreliata and is from Dissidia NT. I just put it in the game and got it to work with some guidance from JuJu and Nark.
How to install:
Place the Pak file into the ~mods folder.

UPDATE: The updated black and blue versions models are by Amiibolad A. K. A. Ugh Seriously on OpenFF7R Discord A. K. A. , it fixes the chest texture. and adds physics to the sleeve, collar, and skirt. Weights were also updated.
