Ports Sephiroth Remake to Rebirth

Comes in four versions:

-Sephiroth Intergrade Dresscode

-Sephiroth Intergrade: Replaces Sephiroth Rebirth Standard and his Transform Model with Remake Standard and Remake Transform

-Sephiroth Integrade Standard Always: Replaces both of Sephiroth Rebirth Standard and Transform Model with Sephiroth Remake Standard. In other words only the standard form will be displayed at all time, so no angel form anymore.

-Sephiroth Integrade Transform Angel Always: Replacer both of Sephiroth Rebirth Standard and Transform Model with Sephiroth Remake Transform. In other words only the angel form will be displayed at all time, so no standard form anymore.

Version 2. 0:

I had to redo the entire mod from scratch since I found out that the method with which I extracted all my assets only had half the weights which caused weight issues, like the corner of the lips deforming while Sephiroth spoke. To fix that I extracted all my assets again with 100% of the weights this time, which fixes the lip corner deformation issue entirely. Therefore I redid the mod from scratch with the correctly extracted weights this time. Now everything works exactly as it should.
