This an engine.ini configuration file edited for the removal of motion blur within the game.Does require (FFVIIHook - INI and dev console unlocker)installed for running.
Copy this file into "Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\" folder, as Engine.ini
The engine file has been edited from the original, it can be copy and pasted with no extra work required.
You still need FFVIIHook as the engine.ini changes will not run without it.
I have tested this myself before uploading and confirm this works with no problems and the blur is gone!
