Enables MP regen out of combat. Install only one
1mp per 1 sec
1mp per 5 sec
1mp per 15 sec
1mp per 30 sec
1mp per 60 sec(same as in combat)
1mp per 1 sec IN and OUT of combat(Ether potion wut???)
1mp per 5 sec IN and OUT of combat(Ether potion maybe???)
UPDATE made a 2x ATB speed versions. That includes passive regen, from attacks, and prevents it from stopping when making actions + AI regens ATB at the same speed as player.
UPDATE2 made a 1. 5x ATB speed version.
IMPORTANT conflicts with mods that modify ResidentParameter.uasset like ATB speed, Limit etc.
