📋 About This Mod
Generally right now a lot of CVar edits aren't doing anything. I managed to find a combination of adjustments that have a confirmed change in draw distance/LODs for foliage and shadow quality. Alongside this, you'll have changes that improve the responsiveness from the game.
The last part isn't copium too. Go to your menu in game, press save and save as fast as you can and exit as fast as you can. The button prompt/flow Start > Triangle > Up > X > Save > O > O to exit. Notice there's some delay? After the adjustment it'll enter and leave the menu so fast that you'll still see it saving when you get into the game, which is the easiest way I've quantified the responsiveness.
Adjust the LOD variables accordingly for performance preference.
Also, this removes motion blur.
Note for Shadow Quality Setting
Regarding "r. Shadow. MaxCSMResolution", this default value is 2048 in game for shadow quality. I noticed anything above 3072 can cause flickering, and the higher you go can increase the volume. However, I've only encountered it (so far) in Chapter 3 mines and the boat while using 4096. Change this to your desire though.

Note for FPS Unlock
The default file has "t. MaxFPS=0" included, which uncaps the FPS. You'll want to cap your FPS manually in AMD Adrenaline or NVIDIA Control Panel for the game itself. This allows the driver to handle the limit compared to the engine, which actually can produce more beneficial results. I've included an optional .ini file that has this removed, though, for preference.Footage to back this up
