The standard file is the common pak file that you put in ~mod folder, same as Remake.
If you go with Dresscode, download the Dresscode one and put in FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\End\Mods (create the Mods folder if you don't have). For the Dresscode to work well, please make sure you also have Dresscode and RML installed in the same Mods folder.
N. B. Back hair animation intertwined from time to time due to some skeleton issues that currently has no perfect solution yet (same thing can be seen too with for example Aerith's hair in soldier outfit in certain scene even if it's an official outfit ╮(╯▽╰)╭
