Espers Reborn - A Moderate Modification

Kupo-po! This mod simply makes some spells quicker to learn, while changing spells learned from Espers a tiny bit. It's a very moderate change, all the 1's become 2's, some 8's become 10's, nothing too crazy. The biggest changes are with the earlier Espers, as I've long struggled with why Ramuh has Poison? Why Siren has Fire? Why Kirin, an Esper that literally does an AOE regen affect, doesn't have x10 regen learning?! Little things like that.

I've included a text file explaining all the changes, feel free to peruse that for specifics, but overall this should make for a smoother early Esper/magic game.

As an added bonus (until enough people complain) I've included a personal modification of mine, which I think will go over quite well (but we'll see!), wherein Terra and Celes learn Osmose rather than Poisona.

I know. I know, wildly overpowered! Well, frankly, magic is their specialty, and it's just silly that Sabin, Cyan and Edgar outshine two Magic users in a world where Magic is supposed to be insanely OP! Until those three get magic themselves, and then suddenly Terra and Celes aren't even special anymore!
