Description

Haven't you ever wanted more shrimp related content in Fields of Mistria?

Oh. Well, regardless, this mod adds farmable shrimp in three varieties. The products they produce can be used to craft five, that's right, five pieces of shrimp themed furniture. This mod also adds some dialogue to the game for when you inevitably want to share your shrimpy goods with the townfolk of Mistria.

Installation instructions

1. Obtain the latest version of MOMI (https://www.nexusmods.com/fieldsofmistria/mods/78?tab=description)

2. Unpack the .zip file into the mods folder that you made when you installed MOMI.

3. Select "Farmable Shrimps" and any other package you want from the mod. Be warned, Farmable Shrimps is MANDATORY for other mods in the package to work.

4. Install the mods using MOMI's GUI.

Main features

This mod adds three new crops to the game:

> Shrimpy Shrimps

> Wooly Shrimps

> Saucy Shrimps

You may buy the "seeds" that cause them to grow from the General Store. All three crops are renewable and grow in spring, summer, and fall. Winter is too cold for shrimps.

These shrimps produce three "crops":

> Special Shrimps

> Shrimp Wool

> Cocktail Sauce

You may raise your shrimps purely for profit, but you may also use these products for various activities.

They are used for crafting furniture. To get the recipes for the furniture, go to Balor's cart.

They can be gifted to the following:

Special Shrimps to Holt and Luc.

Cocktail Sauce to Hemlock and Terithia.

Shrimp Wool to Luc and Dell.

Please know that this is a major work in progress, and I plan to continually expand the uses for shrimp products to apparel, pets, blacksmithing, and other areas.

If you encounter bugs (other than the shrimp) please post here or on the unofficial fields of mistria discord and I will fix them.

Also March becomes a shrimp man.

Update 8/27/26: Added a custom start screen.

Update 9/7/26: Fixed errors with ceiling shrimp. Added shadow to plushie. Thank you pechatime for the bug report.
