Adds a new hairstyle for use by the player with star-shaped afro puffs
This is a new hairstyle for the game, not a replacer, but does use the vanilla afro puffs hairstyle as a base.
New saves should have it unlocked by default, but existing saves will be able to purchase it at the general store!
