To Perform A Clean Reinstall:
Run MOMI and uninstall all your mods. Right click on Fields of Mistria in Steam and go to Properties -> Installed Files -> click "Verify Integrity of Game Files". This will make steam re-download any missing or corrupted files. Run MOMI and install all your mods.
