How Ritual chambers work is according to the comments in the code: "Range that we spawn a ritual floor based on starting location. Players rarely go more than 20 floors even when backtracking, so think of this as a 50% chance."

How Lost to History II works according to the comments in the code: "LostToHistory2 divides this by half"

Options;

Perk 1 25% - Changes the value for base Lost to History from 40 to 30. A 25% chance increase to get a ritual chamber. 66. 67% chance to get a chamber.

Perk 1 50% - Changes the value for base Lost to History from 40 to 20. A 50% chance increase to get a ritual chamber. 100% chance to get a chamber.

Perk 1 75% - Changes the value for base Lost to History from 40 to 10. A 75% chance increase to get a ritual chamber. 200% chance to get a chamber. 

Perk 2 25% - Changes the value for the multiplier of Lost to History II from . 5 to . 375. A 25% chance increase to get a ritual chamber. Vanilla Perk 1 would become 15 instead of 20.

Perk 2 50% - Changes the value for the multiplier of Lost to History II from . 5 to . 25. A 50% chance increase to get a ritual chamber. Vanilla Perk 1 would become 10 instead of 20. 

Perk 2 75% - Changes the value for the multiplier of Lost to History II from . 5 to . 175. A 75% chance increase to get a ritual chamber. Vanilla Perk 1 would become 5 instead of 20.
