• []Download the zip and unzip it. Put MistriaMods.exe in your Fields of Mistria folder - the one with FieldsOfMistria.exe and assets.zip, the same place MOMI goes.[/]

  []Close the game and run MistriaMods.exe.[/]

  []Tick the mods you want and press Apply. Untick and press Remove to take any of them out again. Click More details under a mod to read exactly what it does.[/]

  The app checks GitHub for new versions when it starts and offers them in one click. New mods arrive that way, so you never need to come back here for them.

  The mods

  • []Magic Skill - a tenth skill. Casting spells earns XP; a five-tier, 19-perk Magic tree opens on Seridia's shrine: extra mana orbs, cheaper spells, a longer Dragon's Breath, a wider Growth that can also water, mana that refills when you wake, and more.[/]

    []Storage Anywhere - a list of every chest in the world; open any of them from where you stand, and pin your favourites to the top. B to open, P to pin, both rebindable.[/]

    []Daily Checklist - hold V for today's outstanding tasks and what's coming this season.[/]

    []Crop Labels - hold F to see what a crop is and how many days until harvest.[/]

    []Uncaught Sparkles - insects the museum's Insect wing still lacks carry a white twinkle. Made for players with little or no colour vision; it reads by brightness and motion alone.[/]

    []Uncaught Flora - the same twinkle on wild forage, bushes and fruit trees the Flora wing still needs.[/]

    []Ladder Progress - a mine HUD readout of how close the floor is to revealing its ladder.[/]

    []Vein Tools - water a whole crop patch, or mine a whole vein of rock, in one swing. Reach scales with tool tier.[/]

    []Instant Tools - one-swing chop and mine, still charging the full stamina.[/]

    []Big Rock Credit - large rocks and boulders count toward the mine ladder, weighted by size.[/]

    Playing nicely with MOMI

    These are not MOMI mods, but they live happily alongside it.

    • []Run MOMI first, then this. MOMI rebuilds assets.zip from its own backup every time it installs, which removes everything here - just press Apply again afterwards.[/]

      []Mods whose lines MOMI's MMAPI layer rewrites carry both forms and pick whichever your game has, so they apply with or without MOMI installed.[/]

      []If you use Magic Skill, don't launch the game between a MOMI run and re-applying: a save with Magic XP shouldn't be loaded while the skill doesn't exist.[/]

      How it works

      Fields of Mistria ships its own source inside assets.zip and compiles it at startup. These mods edit that source in place - no DLL injection, no code loader, no runtime dependency. Every insertion is wrapped in marker comments, so each mod is idempotent, removable byte-for-byte, and safe to combine with the others. The first Apply writes assets.vanilla.zip beside assets.zip: a clean copy you can restore any time.

      Known limitations

      []Close the game first. Windows won't let the archive be replaced while the game holds it open.[/]

      []Needs about 1. 3 GB free while rewriting - the archive is ~600 MB and is rebuilt to a temp file before replacing.[/]
