Milk of Mistria

Milk of Mistria is an adult-oriented progression mod that adds a new magical substance, character transformations, custom portraits, unique dialogue, milking interactions, collectible milk, and an introductory quest featuring Juniper.

After breaking the second seal in the mines, Juniper will contact you about a strange magical substance carried by Green Mushroom monsters. Follow her instructions to investigate the liquid, test its effects on an adult woman in town, and discover its unusual properties.

The mod currently supports five adult characters:

Giving a character Strange Liquid permanently enables milk production. Each character initially produces one liter per day and can hold up to five liters. Additional doses permanently increase their maximum capacity by two liters, although characters become increasingly uncertain or resistant depending on their personalities.

As milk accumulates, supported characters progress through three portrait stages:

Stage-specific portraits replace their regular portraits throughout conversations and support their different outfits, seasons, expressions, and special events.

Use the new interaction menus to access regular conversations, milk-related dialogue, and milking options. You may choose how much milk to collect based on the character’s current amount and maximum capacity. Milking takes five in-game minutes per liter and can normally be performed once every three days.

Once Juniper’s introductory quest is completed, special milk jugs become available. Each jug holds up to five liters, changes appearance as it fills, retains partial contents between sessions, and increases in value with every liter added. Special milk may be consumed one liter at a time, sold with its container, or substituted in recipes requiring milk.

A settings-based debug menu is also included for testing. It allows you to manage character activation, stored milk, capacity, production, dose count, milking history, cooldowns, dialogue progression, and item spawning without waiting through multiple in-game days.

Milk of Mistria only affects the explicitly supported adult characters listed above. No child characters are included.
