dell gives you lighting dragonflies as a reward for her frog quest (for MOMI)

so, i'm convinced the lightning dragonfly must be bugged (lol) for me. i did a little bit of light testing, changed its rarity and spawn hours (it normally spawns from 6am to 8pm in the narrows & eastern road, if you're currently searching for it like i am...), and i just still couldn't find it at all. if anything, when i changed it to a lower rarity so it should appear more frequently, there were simply less insects around... i'm not certain, but i wonder if something is preventing it from spawning, or it's invisible or something (i don't think it's this, as it emits light) and so when the game tries to create one, it fails, maybe not attempting to get another bug to fill its place. i know other people have caught it, but i also know that others like me have spent hours of real-life time trying to find it. like, it's a rare bug - when i see ultra-rare or legendary bugs much more often i feel like something must be wrong, idk.

the above is all hypothetical, this mod doesn't change anything about how the dragonfly spawns. what's not hypothetical is that i spent absolutely forever trying to find it, and i'm giving up, i just can't do this anymore

the mod changes dell's winter board quest for you to bring her a frog. in addition to the normal reward of 100 tesserae, she now gives you 3 lightning dragonflies. i wanted to make the reward 3 dragonflies because there are 3 things you would want the dragonfly for:

1. to give to dell as a liked gift (also why i chose to change her quest instead of luc's)

2. to fill the museum

3. there's a pretty wallpaper decorated with golden dragonflies that uses the bug in the recipe

the thought of having to grind for probably the rest of my life for 3 video game dragonflies when i'm not even sure they would ever appear is pretty sad and i don't want it to happen to me. this way feels a little bit more 'real' than simply save-editing, because even if i've hijacked poor dell and chosen her reward for her, at least you're actually doing something for it, and it only appears in winter, so you need to get through three seasons trying to catch one 'legitimately'. and this way i can maybe save other people from this awful ground-hog-day hell of resetting the same stormy day over & over for a single dragonfly

i spent far, far too long trying to learn how to use gimp to make dell's hand appear on top of the frog, and you can't even notice it. and this description i wrote has about 50x the actual words of the mod, how useless </3

this mod was broken when i first uploaded it because of a spelling error ! it is now properly tested to be working :) you can use it even while the quest is ongoing
