bmmboo's tweaked forage rates

Install with MOMI.

Changed some forage likelihood from Rare to Uncommon. so they should appear more often.

  Would pair well with a mod that increases forage spots - I don't know how to do that yet but if I figure it out,I'll update the mod.

  Figured it out! Now with a partner file you can download if you want.

  8/30 Update: minor changes to appearance rate mod, tweaked a few locations. nothing major enough to warrant noting.
