blue player house for MOMI

hi all! this is my first mod for FoM, and it's pretty simple. i've recoloured the player house (all upgrades!) a nice shade of blue, as well as recoloured the mailbox a complementary pink. big thanks to Shugar for helping out with the coding ♡
