Black Toolbar Fix for Collab Toolbars (Except Pink)

MOMI mod to fix Alpacca's Collab Toolbars going black after 8 pm. This mod does NOT work for the pink toolbar. Please go check out takanomiari000u's mod if you want one for the Pink toolbar. No Purple Toolbar.

There are 2 versions of this mod, one that works for the Royal Blue, Purple, and Boggy toolbars all at the same time, and one that has separate mods for each toolbar (in case other mods conflict with my lut work). For the separate mods, choose the one that corresponds to your preferred collab toolbar.

Please let me know if you find any issues. All colors are directly matched to the sprites from each toolbar.
