Tifa cosplays as Meiko Shiraki from Prison School.
This costume mod includes Meiko's glasses, jacket, skirt, stockings, boots, panties and a little red ribbon (it does not unfortunately include a riding crop).
It is highly recommended to use the White Hair Color mod for Tifa for the true Meiko look: https://www.nexusmods.com/finalfantasy7remake/mods/104
Optionally you may want to hide the grappling hook if playing chapter 15 as there is no where for it to go on this costume: https://www.nexusmods.com/finalfantasy7remake/mods/594
