This mod replaces Reno with Goro Majima (Yakuza).

To install manually this mod:
Locate the game's installation folder.
Go to End / Content / Paks
Create a folder called ~mods.
Put the files inside the .rar/.zip in the ~mods folder.

This mod replaces Reno with Goro Majima from Yakuza, equipped with his iconic dagger!
This mod was sponsored by RyuuRush, and it's possibly one of my favorite mods to make for Final Fantasy VII Remake.
It turned out simply fantastic! In addition to facial animations, I added physics to the jacket (as many as I could). The result surprises even me. It's wonderful and fits Goro's personality perfectly.
I've changed all three instances of Reno throughout the game (his default version, his injured version, and the one that appears recovering with Tseng and Ruda). If you notice any problems with any of these versions, please let me know.
I hope you like it!
