Hello, I spent a long time troubleshooting why cloud's on hit effects cause very bright flashes and finally found a fix, I made a guide about it on steam.

Just wanted to share so no one goes through what ive been through to fix it lol
TLDR: use FFVIIHook to enable console then use command "r. BloomQuality 0" (without quotations)
