Zoom for the Widescreen Mod

How did we get here?

I found myself wanting to use Termina's widescreen mod, but it really bothered me how zoomed out the game was while using it. So, I decided to do something about it. This is the result—a plugin that zooms you in a bit. Seems simple, but it was deceptively annoying to write. There are two presets for the mod, one which matches the viewport size of the base game, and one that's a little more zoomed out. I think the latter goes quite well with the widescreen mod, but I also wanted a version that preserves the game's artistic intent.

Installation. To find your game files in Steam, go to your library game page > settings cog > manage > browse local files, then copy the files from the included "www" folder to the "www" folder in the game's files. Overwrite when prompted.

Custom Zoom. If you want to mess with the zoom level, just change the value of 'window. GlobalZoomLevel' in the map_zoom.js file.

Compatibility. If you're going to install any of the following mods, do it before installing this mod: Termina Revamped, Playable Non-Playables, Suspend and Restore Mod, Prehevil Plus, and Cheshire's Fear & Hunger Mods.

If you want to use this alongside another mod that modifies index.html which isn't already listed above, you'll have to look at the two index.html files, figure out the difference between the two, and merge the changes from one into the other.

Importantly, this mod must be loaded after plugins.js, but before main.js.

If the load order is incorrect, this mod won't be able to patch the game's lighting plugin correctly, which will cause issues with offset lights.
