The Index Prescript - Device

This mod requires the Fear & Hunger Mod Manager by mattieFM.

Ever wondered how it feels like to be kept on a leash, and be punished for not completing a task? Here's a mod that does exactly that.

This mod implements Prescripts, which originates from the Index in the Project Moon universe (you may best know this from Limbus Company).

- Overworld Prescripts ramp up in difficulty as you play and progress in the game. They may range from simple to outrageous tasks such as killing one of your party members. Completing a Prescript will grant your party varying rewards, while the opposite will punish your party.

The difficulty tier stays as when it is saved when you load a run in order to prevent cheesing.

- Battle Prescripts also ramp up in difficulty, albeit in a different way: it relies on how much Grace of the Prescript stacks you have. At 9+ Grace of the Prescripts, it will not issue any unique Prescripts, but it will still mark targets to be attacked.

Karmic Consequences:

+20 Karmic Consequences for not completing any of the clauses in the Prescript issued for that turn.

+10 Karmic Consequences for completing at least one clause in the Prescript issued for that turn.

-10 Karmic Consequences for completing all clauses in the Prescript issued for that turn.

Note that Prescripts cannot stack, but Battle and Overworld Prescripts are completely separate from each other.

Grace of the Prescripts:

You gain +1 Grace of the Prescripts if you complete at least one clause in the Prescript issued for that turn, even if you do not complete the other clauses.

At 3+ Grace of the Prescripts stack, the party gains a STRENGTH buff (Unlock - I).

At 6+ Grace of the Prescripts stack, the party gains an EVASION buff (Unlock - II).

At 9+ Grace of the Prescripts stack, the party gains a SPEED buff (Unlock - III).

Not recommended for first playthrough. 

This has not been tested for a full run of the game, so there might be bugs / issues that may need to be reported.
