Playable Non-Playables - Fan Fix Patch

This first release is relatively untested, but all my fixes seem to have applied properly, from what I can tell.

List of changes:

- All characters hunger values have been reverted to vanilla. Henryk  should still go hungry a bit faster, as intended for

- New characters should be able to cast Flesh Puppetry

- New characters should properly stack Adrenaline Rush / La Danse Macabre

There are also some additional files available for balancing skills (currently only Samarie's Flagellation), balancing / fixing weapons (Meat Grinder, Meat Mallet, Reaper's Rake), and allowing Pav to be a controllable party member (starts with 'Order, Charge!').

These files can be installed separately, alongside the normal fix patch.

I am currently looking into rewriting a lot of the dialogue, since a lot of the new entries are full of typos and odd phrasing, and the intentions are often confusing. Dialogue in RPG Maker seems to be chaotically strewn around different map files or random other areas, instead of neatly organized files, so this process will be frustrating. I'm not entirely sure where to find all the Party Talk dialogue, which contains the majority of the issues.

I also became aware of a pretty major issue involving Tanaka at the front gate out of Prehevil on Day 1, which seems to be a player Pav exclusive event, but it accidentally seems to be triggering for all characters, regardless of if Tanaka is alive or not. I don't know how to properly control the switches for events, so if anyone has any advice or can offer help, I would appreciate it.
