Improved Diagonal Movement

This mod improves moving diagonally.

If you've moved diagonally into a wall, you may have noticed that your character gets stuck, and you have to release one of the movement keys to move parallel to the wall. This fixes that issue by automatically moving the character in either pressed direction when an obstacle is present. For example: if a wall was to the right of the player, and you were pressing Down & Right simultaneously, your character would be stuck trying to move diagonally; with this mod the player will instead move down along the wall.

This is much more intuitive, as this is basically what 3D games do, except they would apply a vector normal to the wall to the character's movement direction, usually such that the player moves at some fraction of the movespeed proportional to the angle they're moving into the wall at.

Change Log:

V2: Same as V1, but if the player wasn't previously deflected by the last move and the player moves into a convex corner where both tiles are valid moves, the player stops moving. If the player was being deflected previously then the logic is the same as V1 (moves in the newly available direction). This feels better to me since in V1 your character could move in a direction you didn't expect it to when, for example, moving up-right towards a door but hitting the corner of the door frame where you could move up (through the door) or right (along the wall the door is on). Now you'll be stopped until you release a movement direction.

V1: Deflects when moving diagonally into a wall, but if (after being deflected) the other direction becomes available, moves in that direction. Will move in a seemingly random (it's not really random) direction when moving into a convex corner where either direction is a valid tile for movement.
