Better agility

Description

If you have 16 agility and disliked that you don't get 2 turns at the start of the battle, this removes the thing that prevents it

Main features

removes the prevention mechanic that doesn't give you 2 turns at the start of the battle,

if you have already have the needed amount of agility and you hated so much that you need to attack at first turn to activate your 2 turns at second turn,  No longer!

I Also changed how 2 turns are processed, instead of being able to attack once per turn, so you'd have to wait the attack to finish, to attack the same spot or whatever,

you can do the double action at the same round, so for example

> attack arm and leg = attacks at same turn and your turn ends as you also used your extra turn instead of > attack arm, turn finishes > your turn again, attack leg, your turn finishes, 

So yeah saves time and Just feels better.

Made it performance optimized, as in turns doesn't cause a slow down now.

And it's compatible with everything!
