(UF) Dark Elves Culture Set

This mod introduces the Dark Elves fantasy race to the game, complete with the full set of custom names for characters, nations, and cities, as well as distinct cultural traits, political systems, and ethnic attributes. The Drukhare, or Dark Elves, with skin like polished obsidian, are renowned throughout the world for both their exotic beauty and utter cruelty. They revel in the suffering of others, their arrogance matched only by their deadly skill in the art of war.
