📋 About This Mod
Edit everything: caps, dwellers, rooms, quests, pets, storage, Mr. Handies, and every past season pass. Claim rewards you missed, revive dead dwellers, force twins, fast-forward timers, or 1-click Max Everything. Plus a family tree that
The existing save editors each covered maybe half of what I wanted, so I built one that does it all in one place:
https://dneverson.github.io/fallout-shelter-save-editor
It runs entirely in your browser. Your save never leaves your machine. Free and open source (source code: https://github.com/dneverson/fallout-shelter-save-editor).
Even if you never want to edit anything
-
[]The Family Tree tab reads parent data the game never shows you and draws your whole vault's tree: biggest clan, generations deep, lone wolves, couples, and an "inbred unions" counter with an overall genetics rating. One of my saves came back "Massively Inbred".
[]Full catalogs of every weapon, outfit, pet, junk item, theme, recipe, and quest in the game with their real icons and stats - including all 1,040 quests drawn as questline maps.
[]Every season pass reward track, including past seasons you missed or never got to see.
[]A health report on your save file, so you know if your vault has hidden problems (it can repair them too).[/]
What it can edit
-
[]Vault: caps, resources, Nuka-Cola, lunchboxes, Mr. Handy boxes, pet carriers, and a few starter pack surprises. Plus on/off switches for Deathclaw attacks and Bottle & Cappy visits, and a vault clock you can fast-forward (+1h up to +1w, or custom) so every timer in the vault jumps ahead at once.
[]Dwellers: SPECIAL, level, happiness, health, gear, revive the dead. Each dweller shows their real status (exploring, returning, on a quest, at the door, coffee break). Pregnancy controls can deliver now, cancel, or force twins/triplets; grow-up and exploration timers are editable too.
[]Adding and removing dwellers: every special and legendary character is addable, multi-select so you can bring them all in at once. Adds respect your real living-quarters capacity so the vault never overfills, and bulk remove scrubs every reference so nothing breaks.
[]Rooms: rearrange the layout, unlocks, upgrades, themes, clear rocks, end emergencies, repair everything - plus per-room work, crafting, training, and rush timers. Ultracite rooms warn you they sit inert unless Ultracite Fever is the active season.
[]Quests: mark any quest complete and the loot lands straight in your vault, prerequisites included. The three daily objective slots are editable too: swap the objective, set progress, roll the reward lottery, bump the escalation level.
[]Survival Guide: the in-game collection/achievement lists as a real editor. Mark any weapon, outfit, legendary dweller, pet, breed, or junk collected or seen - and anything you add elsewhere in the editor is auto-collected, just like the game does it.
[]Bulk operations: one-click "Max Everything", heal or max every dweller at once, and per-room loadouts that dress every dweller in the right outfit for their job.
[]The weird stuff: flip your vault between Normal and Survival, turn on holiday decorations any time of year, make the Mysterious Stranger show up on demand, restyle dweller hair and facial hair, and welcome brand-new dwellers at your vault door.
[]Seasons: claim anything you missed from any past season, and the rewards actually land in your save (weapons, outfits, pets, dwellers, themes). A season clock can even skip past a season's end or set an old season live again.
[]Lost your vault? Recover your progress by editing a fresh save instead of grinding it all back.
[]Storage (with multi-select removal), crafting recipes (browse, unlock, and jump between an item and its recipe), Mr. Handies, and for power users a full JSON workspace (explorer tree, live diff against your original) to go deeper than the UI.[/]
