P. E. C. I. A. L!\" This Mod aims to allow player to play the game some what normally if they are planning on taking the almost perfect perk. This is done by editing the perk so that it will now give perfect 10\'s across the board instead of 9\'s, therefore it allows the player to collect bobbleheads before they reach level 30 Install ======= 1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\\Fallout 3\\Data\\ 2. Start Fallout Launcher, click \'Data Files\', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s). Uninstall ========= 1. Start Fallout Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s). 2. Delete the .esp file from \\Fallout 3\\Data\\ Incompatibility =============== BROKEN STEEL MUST BE IN YOUR DATA FOLDER!
