XCE is a compilation of all my work on the visual improvement of the characters in Fallout 3, both playable and non-playable.

    Installation

    • []Use 7zip or WinRar to extract the files

      []Find the Fallout 3 folder here: Steam\steamapps\common\fallout 3

      []Move the Data folder into your Fallout 3 folder

      []Merge the folder when asked, it will not get replaced

      []Activate XCE.esp using the game launcher or any mod manager
