📋 About This Mod
Adds wolf packs all around the wasteland
Hello and thank you for viewing! This little-ish mod adds, at the moment, 14 wolfpacks to the wasteland all over. While adding seven friendly NPC wolves in friendly areas such as Rivit city and Megaton.
Wolves are by default much bigger then dogs and use a differnt mesh, so yay! And they come in seven different colors, with their own abilities such as giving you radiation and crippling your arms and head. They are roughly as powerful as a Yao Guai and a bit faster then normal dogs, so be careful! By default they will attack on sight. Wolves also drop meat, which is better then ice cold nuka cola, and wolf blood, which boosts some stats while weakening your charisma. Alpha wolf claws are meant to be sold.
A rundown on wolf abilities:
Ash wolves can reduce how much you can carry and take your AP for 25 seconds
Black wolves have a poisonous bite that lasts 25 seconds.
Brown wolves have a Paralysis bite that lasts five seconds.
Grey wolves reduce your radiation and damage resistance for 50 seconds
Red wolves damage you with radiation of 25 points without resistance. (May come out as around 23 to 22)
Sand wolves take five points of Luck and Perception for 25 seconds
White wolves like to damage your arms and head the most.
I used Ryudar's wolf texture for all of them, but recolored them myself, so the texture credit goes to them, but the recolor work is mine. The mesh and eyes come from the Creature Resources by CIB.
To install simply copy meshes, textures and the ESM file into your data folder, NMM isn't supported though. Optional ESPs are as they say, optional, but if using any of the aggression or size choices, make sure they load last of any others.
I will take color requests to a certain extent and other suggestions, but no real promises.
So, a bit about the optional ESPs if the title wasn't enough:
CalmerSmallerWolves does just that, makes the normal wolf just a tiny bit bigger then a in-game dog, it does drop the others too, so young wolves are smaller then dogs and alphas are . 25 bigger then dogs. Then it also makes them not attack you on sight. But they will defend themselves if attacked.
Killable NPC wolves makes it so you may kill the wolves that are named and by default, friendly and essential.
Calmer wolves just makes all wolves not attack on sight while still keeping them large.
GreyWolfDogmeat turns dogmeat into a grey wolf, but still dogmeat size. May make other color ESPs later if requested. Load this one below all other dogmeat overhauls if it doesn't work. But don't load this one below smaller/calmer wolves.
Smaller wolves just makes them smaller but still will attack on sight.
Update! Added new ESP options due to request, so here they are!
