Instructions! - First, extract the two files to your \"Bethesda Softworks/Fallout3\" folder - Secondly, Go to your Documents and Settings//My Documents/My Games/Fallout3 Here you\'ll find your Fallout.ini file. Open up your Fallout.ini file and search for \"bInvalidateOlderFiles=0\" (CTRL-F for search!). Once found, you have to change it into bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 That\'s it! Remember, this is a skin for the Chinese Jumpsuit outfit, so you\'ll have to acquire one of these.
