This is my first "mod" so please let me know if something with it is wrong. I edited the "Wearable teddypack" mod by Interfer0. Tweaking the original teddybear's proportions and redoing the texture and normal maps kawaii style.

Extract files to the fallout 3 data folder.
I used the "Wearable teddypack" mod by Interfer0 to figure out how to do this. I also used the teddybear icon from "T3T Misc Item Icons" by LaserMan .
