This mods changes the weapon damage dependency over the related skill. Install * 1. Copy the .esp files to your Fallout 3\\Data\\ folder. ----Default install path: C:\\Program Files\\Bethesda Softworks\\Fallout 3\\Data---- 2. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click \'Data Files\', place a checkmark beside the .esp file. Uninstall *** 1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file. 2. Delete the .esp files from your Fallout 3\\Data\\ folder. Options * The mod comes in six options: None: Weapon damage will not be dependent of skill. 10 percent: Weapon damage will be 10% dependent of skill. 25 percent: \" 25%. 50 percent: \" 50%. Vanilla Fallout 3 setting. 75 percent: \" 75%. 90 percent: \" 90%.
