VTEC Care Package

Mod built for a friend. Requires The Pitt and Operation Anchorage.

Places a container outside the Megaton home with some VTEC quality weapons, ammo, caps, a Chinese stealth suit, lucky shades and Three Dog's headwrap.

Don't know what VTEC is? That's fine. It's my personal brand of weapons. No new models or textures. Just tweaked to be a bit better. Not terribly OP in my opinion. Imagine the difference between a regular weapon and a unique weapon. VTEC weapons are tweaks of the unique weapons. Slightly higher damage, less weight, smaller spread, etc.

Only slightly cheater-ish.

Latest version 1. 2: Initial playtesting showed the weapons to be too weak to pass VTEC quality assurance. They have been made a bit more powerful.
