Vigilant Power Armor (Custom T45)

Adds a new Power Armor to the game with custom decals and paintjob to show off your individuality. The Power Armor is black with bright orange decals. It has Vault 101 painted on the side of the helmet, a skull with crossbones on the chest, a barracuda across the torso, stripes through both eyes, a peace sign on the forearms, claw marks on the shoulders, and has one eye red, the other black. It has the same stats as normal Power Armor. You can obtain the helmet and armor by
