Vault Sixty One V1. 03 - by Lemon666 (Vinchii) ---------INTRODUCTION------- This mod has 5 followers and a personal vault with many custom outfits as well as weapons and three quests. ---------FEATURES AND MINOR SPOILERS ----------- (Skip Features and move to Story Line if you want to find out for yourself, or how to install if you want to get right to it) When you exit from Vault 101 then approach Megaton you will be given a new quest which will lead you to Vault 61. This is a player owned vault with many items avalable for use. You can find Scribe Williams down the left side of Megaton where she is looking for something. You will be able to talk to her to ask her what she has for you. There are eight residents of the vault, two main followers, three basic followers, a doctor, sales repairman and a security guard (the last three are non followers, just vault residents). Every character has a unique personality and details can be found on the vault computer system. There are also a further two quests in the vault to give you extra custom items. One of these is a simple in vault quest, the other leads you to downtown DC for custom weapons and clothes. ----------Story Line--------- I really made this mod for my own personal fun gaming experience in Fallout 3 DC but decided to create another version for Fallout NV and release both mods for anyone else to use. By playing this first mod the story line is set out clearly but here is a brief rundown from start to end. Vinchii is a 14 year old girl who has lost her father in Washington DC. She lived with her Overseer Uncle in Vault 61. You take over as Overseer after her Uncle goes off to join the Enclave. When you play the fallout 3 NV version you head west and set up in a new Vault, this is where Vault 10 is born and is the Falloutnv version of this mod, where Vinchii is 16 years old and goes on further adventures. She is slightly immature in the first mod but has grown a lot in the second. Pippa and Star are Brash and pretty vulgar but great once you get to know them. Domino is easy going and a great help. Atomic is a good sniper and fairly quiet. Tina the Security Guard is not a follower, neither are Doctor Jones and Toby. They are merely there to pass on information and heal, repair or trade items. -----------Installation-------- Extract the zip to a folder of your choosing or your desktop, then copy the data folder over to your fallout 3 folder, overwriting the data folder when prompted. To uninstall just delete the files you added or use FOMM to uninstall. If you are new to using mods then I reccomend launching FOMM (Fallout Mod Manager) then selecting Tools -> Archive Invalidation and allowing this to run, otherwise you will also have missing texture issues. You only need set archive invalidation once. If your textures are all messed up in Vault 61 you did not copy the data folder from the zip and overwrite the fallout3 data
