Vault 108 Apartment

This mod allows you to clean up a room in Vault 108 and make it a place to call your own.

You're provided with two desks, a shelf, a king-size bed, and two vault lockers for storage. Opposite to the room, there is a cafeteria with a sink for if you have a Survival mod and need water. Initially, the sink provides you with dirty water but can be purified if you have a high enough Repair and Science skill.

I made this because in the vanilla game, there are only two available player homes, and both are tied to the same quest. If neither take your fancy, or you don't want to complete the Power of the Atom just yet, here is an alternative option which fits in well with the vanilla game.

The room is located on the bottom floor of the Vault 108 Living Quarters to the far-right corner. Activate the terminal to activate the mod.
