Various Headgear Buffs

Inspired by this mod for New Vegas. Credit to JoeyMcJoeJoe for the idea.

Description

Adds small buffs to most headgear to make them more viable. This should give you more freedom to wear your super spec-ops, secret agent, survivalist cosplay.

Ballcap with Glasses +1 Per, +5 Barter

Bandana +1 End

Biker Goggles +1 Per

Chinese Commando Hat +1 Per, +5 Small Guns

Chinese General Hat +1 Per, +5 Speech

Confederate Hat +1 Per, +5 Small Guns

Enclave Officer Hat +1 Per, +5 Energy Weapons

Eulogy's Hat +1 Per, +5 Speech

Hat of the People +1 Per, +5 Speech

Head Wrap +1 End

Lincoln's Hat +1 Per, +5 Speech

Oasis Hood +1 Per, +5 Sneak

Paulson's Hat +1 Per, +5 Small Guns

Police Hat +1 Per, +5 Small Guns

Poplar's Hood +1 Per, +1 Agl

This also adds bandanas to vendor lists, because holy shit it was hard to get one in vanilla.

What's the aim of this mod?

The idea is to make headgear more interesting and give you more of a reason to wear that badass head wrap. But I didn't want to go crazy with loads of different buffs because then you'd spend half the game in the pip boy, swapping hats, trying to squeeze out every last little buff you can.

And for consistency/immersion's sake, all headgear that should guard your eyes from the sun now has +1 Per.

Compatibility

Incompatible with anything that edits these hats or their buffs.
