US Special Forces Pip-Boy 3000

Introduction: This is a re-texture of the Pip-Boy 3000 to give it U. S Special Forces markings (may not be actual special forces markings) and an overall darker feel. Installation: Extract all files to: \"C\\:Program Files\\Bethesda Softworks\\Fallout 3\\\" Go to \"C:\\Documents and settings\\\"username\"\\my documents\\my games\\Fallout3\\\" open FALLOUT. INI and search for bInvalidateOlderFiles=0 change the 0 to 1 (should look like this bInvalidateOlderFiles=1) Un-installation: Go into: \"C\\:Program Files\\Bethesda Softworks\\Fallout 3\\Data\\Textures\" and Delete the pipboy3000 folder. Change log: Version 1. 0 Added markings to exterior texture. Added Special Operation emblems to Pip-Boy screen. Removed LB and RB buttons. Changed button and button glow to green. Recolored paint to look darker. Version 1. 1 Resized Special Operations emblem to be smaller and faded it more. Removed non-visible USA text from Rad meter. Version 1. 1 (no-star) Removed three stars from exterior. Version 1. 2 Moved Plaque and Special forces text on left side of veiw screen closer to screen due to bending around the model.
