Unique BBGun - Incitement To Fight

Adds a new Unique BBGun, named Incitement To Fight. Sneak Attack Critical hits, when you stay hidden after the hit, cause the target to think his friends have attacked him, so he freaks out and turns against them, starting a fight with anyone around him. The gamble is that if you don\'t stay hidden, you\'ll get a whopping 4 points of damage for your sneak attack. The gun can be found inside of Roosevelt Academy, west of Paradise Falls. Apparently there was a young prankster going to the school before the war. -- V2 adds a great new weapon texture by Drag0ntamer.
