If you want the Base Guards, download US Marines Companions for SCC and CSR

1. Extract the files from the USMC Companions.rar Archive
2. Copy files to "...\Fallout 3\Data\"
3. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the UndergroundHideout.esp file

2. Click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file
