Fixes many vanilla water/grass/npc/terrain settings. Grass is denser and better looking/water is better looking and performant/npcs should look slightly better/terrain will load a lot sooner including grass and trees. Increases Bullet decals to 5X vanilla(safe change) just looks better in fire fights. Also if fast travel is disabled or was(so missing from your ini) this should re enable it(replace it)/Audio should be a bit louder on all fronts except music it's still vanilla and may be set as you wish. This is a performance visual tweak pack but even still, I suggest performance of the gods with this if you have performance issues. Happy Trails people! God I love these game!
