The Thrift Shop is located near Rivet City Harold Hand (the shop owner is a nice guy that has an outstanding repair skill and also sells you some gun oil that lets you repair any mechanical equipment like guns (no meele) and power armors (including the t51b) he is also a gun and armor vendor ;) one of the upsides ;the used dialog/voice is directly from the game so he should use the language of your game copy you have installed german ? he should talk german ! if the gun oil is not displayed properly you may have to activate \"archive Invalidation\" have a nice stay
