This make weapon zoom like FO 4 for Iron Sight PLUS
since FO 3 still dont have plugin for TPS zoom, i modified all weapons SIGHT POV to 28. 000 except sniper and scoped pistols
and of course its required Iron Sights Plus at Fallout 3 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)
i just modified ESP since only change SIGHT POV
first you need installed Iron Sights Plus
after that just replaced ESP for that
LATER I UPDATED FOR VANILLA VERSION
