📋 About This Mod
Enhanced Vision Effects Two modes. Thermal image mode (which I call \"thermoptics\"). In thermoptic mode, you can see life forms through walls. Wander the wasteland with Hollywood Predator vision. The other mode is \"Threat Display\" which
##########Instructions########## The main file only contains the effect scripts and that\'s IT. Nothing more. The optional files are there to provide examples for the equipment. I\'m considering adding the effect to the sunglasses in the world but that\'s not very lore friendly I don\'t think. If anyone would like to donate a goggle item for me to add to the game, I\'d very much appreciate it. Also if you make a mod using my effects, please let me know so I can link people to it and maybe have fun playing with it. There are 3 modes at current. If anyone has any suggestions for more modes I\'ll be happy to try to implement them if they\'re possible. Mode 0 - Standard light amplification. Nothing special, just seems to be a popular request in my email box. Mode 1 - Thermoptic Display. Shows a pseudo-thermal image for the surrounding area. Think of it as a far infrared and visible spectrum combo mode. So you can still read signs and whatnot even though they\'re ambient temperature. Thermoptic Display also allows you to see npcs and creatures through walls. Never get flanked in a ruined building again! Mode 2 - Threat Display. Displays the aggression level of NPCs and creatures. This mode was actually inspired by a particular target info effect from the original Fallout and Fallout2. It doesn\'t work exactly the same way but it lets you very quickly evaluate who you need to be shooting and not shooting without having to really worry about identifying targets. Now you can go in guns blazing without worry of hitting innocents :) Green = Ally Yellow = Neutral Orange = Aggressive Red = Very Aggressive or Frenzied Controls: Backspace toggles the enhanced vision effects on and off - Cycles the modes backward. = Cycles the modes forward. ########VERSION 02 UPDATE######## I\'ve added the ability to \"see\" targets through walls. If you\'ve made any mods using my thermal vision mod, as long as you\'ve been referencing the master file that I\'ve been distributing here, you should be able to just drop in the new master file. However, if you\'ve made modified scripts, you\'ll have to remodify them to make the \"RemoveBodyHeatExplosion\" to remove the body heat effect from all the entities. This new bit was added to stop the body heat effect from flickering with the new body heat particles. #######VERSION 02b UPDATE####### Fixed a bug where if you leave a cell, take off a thermoptic helmet, then go back, the body heat would remain. If you have version 02, then all you need is to download the main file, not the helmets again. #######VERSION 02c UPDATE####### Fixed a bug that caused the seeing through walls particles to drop the framerate like a rock on some systems. #######VERSION 02d UPDATE####### Fixed yet ANOTHER bug. This one made the body heat particles pile up. Now fixed. #####VERSION 03 beta UPDATE##### I think I\'ve all of the bugs for the body heat shader. I\'ve also completely reworked the
