The Showdown - A Tribute to the Films of Sergio Leone

This is my short homage to the classic westerns of Sergio Leone, made in the 1960s and 70s - and to the timeless power of the evocative themes of Ennio Morricone. I tend to think of it as a \'visual symphony\' as the music is an integral part of its design. In fact, Leone\'s \'Once Upon a Time in the West\' (1968) was famously described as an \"opera of violence\". Be sure to read the short back-story at the opening of the film in order to fully appreciate the main protagonist\'s motivation in this 7 minute story. I Hope you enjoy it!
