=How to use...= Bind \"The Console Hat\" to a Key, such as 8. Equip/Unequip the hat via shortcut to open the Console up. =Requirement= FOSE, without it, the Function used to perform this(\"TapKey\") won\'t exist, thus, not be useable. =Credits= \"Ring of Console\", an Oblivion mod, for showing me that I had to use the \"TapKey\" function. FOSE for allowing this to be done.
