Tenpenny Player House Improved

Do you hate how house themes look in your Tenpenny house like I do? This mod adds/edits some useful containers there. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use with the themes, because some of the containers are in the same place with the furniture added by the themes. All containers are random ingame containers, no custom IDs. I have left them as they were so they shouldn\'t change any other containers in the game. They also do not respawn so feel free to put anything you want in them. I also added a Garbage Can that respawns so you can get rid of unwanted stuff. Also included a rooftop accessed through the top floor of Tenpenny.
