TcS- Automatic Lazer Rifles

I am aware that someone made a mod with these not very long ago! This mod is different to that mod, as this one will add in automatic weapons as a spawning weapon for Enclave and Outcasts , instead of just leaving it lying around in your Megaton house like the other person did. I have tried to balance the automatic, by making them have higher spread and lower power than the normal lazer rifle, and by giving them a slightly slower fire rate than the assault rifle. The automatic lazer rifles can hold 40 shots, meaning that they won\'t have to reload too often.
