Tactical Immortality aka the Nanotech Auto Defibrillator Sys

Permissions ======================================= 1. What does this do? ======================================= Check out the video :D This mod will flag the player as essential. Instead of dying, you will fall unconscious like any essential NPC. After you are unconscious, you must press the 0 key ( it\'s between the 9 and - keys) to activate the \"Nanotech Auto Defibrillator System\" ( I know, having to push a key isn\'t exactly auto, it\'s the only way I could find to do it ). After about 30 seconds, you will get back up, probably even at full health. Using the device too often has penaltys; most of them temporary, but some permanent. For one, the device gives you a dose of rads everytime it is used. If this dose sends you to 1000 rads, you will die for real ( after all, a defibrillator can\'t bring a steaming pile of goo back to life, no matter how hard it shocks it. ) To prevent this gooey death, I recommend any of the \'turn into a ghoul\' mods out there. The penalties are based on how much you use the device in a certain period of time. If you only \"die\" once about every 7 minutes, there aren\'t any penalties. The more times you die in that 7 minutes, the worse the penalties become. The penalties will go away on their own if you spend enough time without dying. If you die a whole lot ( 4 or 5 times in 7 minutes) some of the penalties become permanent; this keeps dying from becoming a complete non-factor ( and can actually make it worse than reverting to a previous save ). This is a great mod for those people who want to role-play a character that really shouldn\'t die, like androids, cyborgs, vampires, zombies, broccoli demons, and gipper rappers, or if you\'re like me and hate going back to a previous save even if you made it five minutes ago. =================================== 3. Installation =================================== Just take the .esp and drop it in your data folder, then activate it in FOMM ( or whatever you use to manage your mods ) UNINSTALL WARNING - Uninstalling this mod after it has damaged some of your SPECIAL attributes will cause the damage to become permanent. This can easily be rectified through use of the console though, so I\'m not sure why I made such a big capsy warning for it. =================================== 5.
